Export Policy

IndusWay is engaged in the supply, manufacturing, and trading of industrial products for domestic and international markets. All exports are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and trade policies of India and the importing country.

Export orders are processed based on confirmed purchase orders, agreed technical specifications, commercial terms, and delivery timelines. Documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping details are provided as per regulatory and customer requirements.

IndusWay reserves the right to accept or decline export orders based on product availability, regulatory restrictions, compliance requirements, or commercial considerations.

Any customs duties, taxes, freight charges, insurance, or import-related obligations shall be governed by the agreed Incoterms and contractual arrangements between IndusWay and the buyer.
